Since 1977, Transition Magazine has provided a cross-disability voice on a wide range of issues, and an opportunity to share information among the disability community, their friends and families, and the general public.

We provide FREE year-round income tax assistance for people with disabilities whose yearly income is UNDER $35,000. We offer remote services for clients across BC and—along with our regional partners—in-person services in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, Victoria, Kelowna and Prince George.

Disability Alliance BC offers the following ways to access our services: over the phone, virtually, or in-person at our office located in downtown Vancouver. As the demand for our services is very high, we do not take walk-in appointments.

Since 1977, Disability Alliance BC has been a provincial, cross-disability voice in British Columbia. Our mission is to promote a more inclusive and equitable society for people with all disabilities through direct services, community partnerships, systemic advocacy, research, and publications.
